- Set clear expectations before you even meet with the clinician. This means putting as much relevant information as possible within the job post so the clinician knows what they’re signing up for.
- Keep communication levels high. When you receive a message from a candidate, respond within 24 hours to keep them engaged.
- Align on everything. From what time your next interview is to what they’ll be expected to do on the job on a day-to-day basis, make sure you clearly communicate and discuss all priorities to keep everyone on the same page.
